We proudly offer free shipping to all of our customers in the domestic United States, who order shades smaller than 96 inches wide. Note, for faux wood blinds, real wood blinds, woven woods, and cellular shades the width has recently changed to smaller then 90 inches wide. If your shade is larger, we charge a flat freight rate of $85 for up to ten blinds or shades.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii incur a $85 shipping charge, for up to ten blinds or shades. Our products ship really quickly, but if you need them even sooner call us for expedited shipping options. We aim to please and will go the extra mile to help you receive your product ASAP!
If you received an order that was damaged in transit, please take digital photos of all damaged items (and packaging) and email us at support@firstrateblinds.com for resolution.
