We offer the following warranties to all of our products:

If one of our products was damaged in route to your home, call us at 1-800-655-1080, or email support@firstrateblinds.com to report this within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to do so might void this warranty.
If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship we will (at our discretion) either:
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please call us prior to attempting to make a return.
All of our products are custom made, therefore making it impossible for us to resell returns. For this reason, all sales are final.
If you happen to mis-measure, we offer an “oops remake” program, where we can sell you new blinds for a reduced price, at a loss to us.
In the rare instance that a shade is damaged in transit, please call us as we will help you get a free replacement.
Prior to sending a return back, the blind must be packaged appropriately. In an instance where we request for a damaged product to be returned for review by the manufacturer in exchange for a new product, we will bill you the full amount of the new product if the damaged one is not returned. No exceptions.
